Not proffesional staffs! Reserved a bag & was told promo ends on Tuesday. Came here today on Tuesday, told me promo is over! Wasted my 1 hour going all the way there. I could not purchase it on Saturday as my boy was with me. Worst service & don't appreciate customers time ! Smiggle midvalley!

We visited the shop around 9:50 pm and she reminded us that the shop will be closed in 3 mins which is very rude attitude. We actually wanted to buy the bag but because of the very unprofessional attitude, we decided nit to make any purchase at this stall. Smiggle’s management should know if your sales are dropping.
