Very accessible and easy to get to. But the shop is a bit small, so the selection is limited. Would love a bigger store, at least not too cramped up when browsing (even during non-pandemic times).

Yesterday I went to Smiggle with my daughter. The staff there now more patiently provides service. They explained to me how to become member and let me know the promotion.

Staff has good engagement with the customers, easy to deal with them even tho during pack hours (weekend @ holiday season)

I asked one of the guy whether they have another one rather than on the shelf but they told me it's the only one. My daughter still looking another for her bag and 30 minuteslater another customer asked the same thing but the same guy gave it brand new thing from the warehouse.

This particular Smiggle branch at Paradigm Mall is a huge disappointment really. The products are great of course andy daughter loves them but they really really need to look at their staff's attitude and manners. They are rude and extremely lazy.

Went Smiggle Paradigm JB on 27/6. very disappointed with the staff attitude. I feel like i was invisible, they never bother to greet nor ask me if i need assistance. busy kemas dr pagi sampai malam. i decided not to contribute any sales for them, i left without buying anything.
