Hidayah(staff) was very friendly and helpful. She was patient and took time to explain the different products and discounts. It was such a good experience that I would come over to jb just to visit this store. I am from Singapore btw :D

The salesperson didn't clearly explain that I bought the wrong product, and when I went back to get a refund, they immediately said it was impossible without consulting my supervisor. The service was terrible.
