staff didn’t even care about hygiene problems certain staff can even go to toilet with gloves some of them love to wear earphones during work until ignore me.most of the staff can’t really understand what i say and make the wrong order

ordered the gong cha signature green tea during their Friday promotion and got this large cup for RM8 (RM7 is for regular sized cups) and I think it was not too bad but the tea is definitely not strong enough, quite faint 😕 …

Order salted caramel chocolate but dpt mcm nie… I used to go to mount austin branch and I know the looks of salted caramel chocolate. Other than that service are bad. Staff Bzy playing with hp and this notice have customer in front. Need to look at this outlet. Kalau rasa x bleh Nk layan customer jgn kerja line fnb.

Why aren't these drinks sold at GRAD FOOD ? Are they only sold in stores? It's been two days since I tried to order a drink on GrabFood, but it's not available to order. But why is it available in the store but not on Grab Food?

The drink was really nice, no complaints there. But the staff could improve on basic customer service. I asked if they accept card or PayWave (since there’s a sticker at the counter that says they do), but the staff said only TNG and cash are accepted. It was a bit confusing. Would be good if they could remove or update the sticker to avoid misleading customers.

1) Very rude staff. I was politely asking for paper bag, then the specky guy who do the drink rudely told me " charge RM1" and just walk away !!!! 2) Pls check your straw quality. . Why all of your straw easily cracked??

Ordered a taro milk today and only found out later there was a promo but the staff didn’t inform me at all. The promo banner was also facing inside instead of towards customers, so how are we supposed to know? When I politely asked to cancel the order after realizing, the counter staff (Chinese guy with spectacles) refused and was quite rude about it. Honestly, it’s not even about the promo, it’s about the service and attitude. Very disappointing experience.
