The kids had an absolutely amazing time at the trampoline station today! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, cheerful, and full of energy. They guided the kids patiently through each activity, especially at the trapeze station, where their encouragement and clear instructions made all the difference. It was wonderful to see the kids learning, and building confidence while having so much fun! A huge thank-you to the entire team for creating such a safe, exciting, and positive environment. We’ll definitely be coming back for more jumping, swinging, and smiles!

We had an amazing time at Escape Johor Bahru! My son especially enjoyed the trampoline—it was his absolute favorite, and he couldn’t stop bouncing with excitement. The swing experience was another highlight, as it added a touch of courage and adventure to his day. It was heartwarming to see him gain confidence and have so much fun. The entire park is well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A fantastic destination for family bonding and creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

Besides what the other parents have said, the staff clearly are not trained well enough to handle kids. In any other facility like this, if a child is hesitant, staff would let someone else go first till they are ready. Here, they just push your kid off the zoo coaster.
