The place and facilities are Okey but the problem is with staff. While some of them are good people there are some rude and practically useless staff also. I'm surprised how can they work in such a sensitive and expensive service. One of …

Had such a fun and exciting time at ESCAPE JB! The staff were helpful and friendly. The activities took almost the whole day, morning till evening, so definitely plan enough time. Would be great if there’s a staff around Level 3 to assist when needed. Overall, it was really enjoyable and challenging. Thank you.

Awesome fun, all indoors and the perfect escape for the Malaysian heat. Loads of different thrills included in the one ticket price, whole day fun to be had here as you can take a break and come back, they use face ID so it's so easy to check in and out. Tried and true safety system that we've experienced at other high rope courses, kids were confident and fearless. Level 3 of Monkey Business is a beast challenge, fun but tiring!

Safety is a huge issue, website sells tickets for 4 years old onwards but my 5 year old couldn’t even reach the line to clip on the carabiner. Staff were not helpful either, leaving the children to do most clipping on etc. and they were …

Strongly recommend the parents to participate with the kid instead of standing outside and shouting instructions. So lihai, ownself come in clear all the L1 to L3 in one day then say. At least show ur kids what you as the adult can do on the same playing field, supporting them! Go early. Anyway, seriously under staffed at top floor where there's a small gate that leads to an OPEN DROP AREA. There's a vid of this with a kid holding the gate open and not hooked up on the review. Kids, yknow! Someone could really get unalive. Top floor needs minimum 3 pax staff I'd reckon. 03Jan2025 I was there, only 2 up there the whole day incl the guy launching the ride from the tower. IIRC for the others seemed like: Trampoline and trapeze area 2 pax Slide zero, closed. Monkey 4 pax Slingshot closed for maintenance Tree climbing 1 pax. Due to the nature of the Monkey courses, occasionally traffic jams occur when some kid gets scared and can't continue or wet themselves... MYBFD. Even the top floor's practice area also can have traffic jam lol. Dun want traffic jam? Try the Level 3 run without cheating. Sibei song. Lol. Done in 80 mins with breaks on the perches, chatting with passerbys and being encouraged by kids all over the place from aisles, foodcourt, y'know everywhere lol Feeling accomplished for a middle aged person, in a children's indoor adventure park. But once is much plenty really!

Under staff and super slow. There is only one staff handling the slingshot and the tree climbing. Waited for 30 mins cause no one was able to attend to kid. Do not waste your time coming here over the weekends. Play only in weekday when they have no crowd. See the crowd before deciding if you want to play.

The hardware setup was pretty good, but the place was seriously under staff when we visited during a public holiday. There was only 1 staff who had to attend to incoming players for wearing the safety harness, and to attend to all …

Our kids age 11 and 9 enjoyed the entire session, it’s a day pass so you can come in and out anytime. The staff mentioned minimum 120cm to go for the level 2 obstacle station but I believe needs to be higher. …

We recently visited ESCAPE and I must say, the experience was made truly memorable thanks to the incredible professionalism and warmth shown by the staff — particularly Iman and Ismail. From the moment we arrived, both Iman and Ismail were attentive and genuinely enthusiastic. What stood out most was how patient and encouraging they were with my child. As a parent, it's heartening to see staff who don’t just supervise, but actively engage and guide young visitors through the different activities, ensuring they are both safe and having fun. Iman took the time to explain the rules in a way that was clear yet friendly, instantly putting my kid at ease. Ismail, on the other hand, was quick to cheer him on, especially during moments of hesitation. Their teamwork and dedication helped my child gain confidence and try out activities he would have otherwise been too nervous to attempt. Thanks to them, what started as a day of curiosity turned into a day of pure joy and empowerment for my child. The facilities were top-notch, but it was the human touch — the genuine care and professionalism of people like Iman and Ismail — that truly elevated our experience.
