I tried Chao Shan at Paradigm Mall and ordered their promo breakfast dim sum set, and it was really worth it. The dim sum was freshly made, tasty, and served hot. Each item was well-seasoned and felt authentic, especially for the price of the promo set. Service was quick and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. Portion sizes were satisfying, making it a great deal if you’re looking for good dim sum without spending too much. Would definitely come back again for breakfast!

Turnip starter dish was refreshing. The roast duck promo tasted really good, skin was crispy, fried mee sua was full ok wok hei! Tofu dish was the only one that didnt pass the taste test, simply didnt impress. The lady manager was warm and friendly and gave us a free tofu dessert on the house.

Jasmine Dragon Ball Loose Tea Is very nice. Must try. Teochew Stir-Fried Flat Rice Noodles is good but can be better. They washed the preserved vegetable 菜铺 too much. If preserve more of its original taste will make this dish perfect.
