Poor service at Chagee City Square JB. Staff took too long to prepare drinks, laughing and playing instead of working. When I reminded them nicely to hurry up, they replied rudely (shouting). Totally unprofessional.

Bad experience. The drinks were already prepared, but the staff didn’t mark the order as ready for collection. They just kept piling up at the counter, and customers had to ask before realizing their drinks were done. By the time you find out, your drink has already been sitting there for quite a while...
