Didn’t experience any of the bad attitude as we ordered from the app. Advice to the rest: can order from the app if you don’t want to deal with poor customer service. One staff was nice enough to explain to the uncle how to use the chagee app. Wait time on app approximately 1-4 hrs. Prepare for the wait if you want chagee.
