Very disappointed with the service. The front desk staff, who seemed to be a manager, did not greet us at all and stayed on her phone the entire time, even while we were talking to her. It was extremely unprofessional and made us feel completely disregarded as customers.

The whole experience was HORRIBLE, I got ketchup on my shirt (picture 1 and 2) , they only provided chilli, which I was not able to eat, the Coca Cola was DISGUSTING, and the fries were sad and unsalted. The service was horrible, I wanted to stay and eat but they simply said “take out” what the heck is this?

Good quality and services. Used to be not so good here with many flies but it has been improved and much better now. Hope it maintained the current good quality and services. Burger and fries are freshly made and warm. One of the best Burger King in Johor area.

Worst fast food restaurant ever.... Burgers and fries are cold and soggy... they only put minimum amount of ingredients.... not fresh... …
