Was at the outlet on 24 June 23, 1:30pm The funniest thing happened, the counter refused at give 2 additional paper plates for my kids. Explanation given, company policy. Hope I get an explanation from the company.

I have been here a few times and find the place to be comfortable for dine in. One staff Ms Nurul (not sure the full name) stands out consistently for her energy and customer service. She is always about and around at various stations in the branch, working or attending to customers.

I like burger king yea the food is really good,im not sure about the service but hey im chill with it they must just be tired or something not my buisness to worry, great place to go when youre hungry and uhh also good for doing your work I guess if u dont mind abut of grease haha

The girl at the counter taking orders is extremely rude and aggressive. Throwing receipts around and arguing when she misheard my order, which she still got wrong. I know you are human and may be having a bad day but please don't take it out on me. I'm human too.

I must compliment their staff,sometimes she alone taking order and preparing the food, all serve quite fast. All food prepared well and delicious.
