This staff is very friendly and patient. He is willingly to explain to us how to download the apps in order to get the freebies… with his positive attitude towards customers. We will recommend our friends to come to this outlet for the coffee whenever pass by. Thumbs up!

The beverages served was good. However the Bischoff Cheese cake was terrible. The cake was breaking up! The place is nice and cosy. Had to wait awhile for someone to take the orders even though it wasn't busy.

Tried out this coffee chain unique in boleh land since there is a 1 for 1 promotion. Coffee is quite ok, (imho, better or on par with starbucks) and the pricing is ok. Around 9.90 for normal hot coffee or ice latte. …

Order using apps but it takes too much time.. There's not much order by that time.. There's staff busy with the phone , but my order still pending.. Its true that i just bought cake but I paid for it! Not for free! And they give the cake without "thanks" to customers?! Worst zus ever!

Super rude. They can do up so many drinks together but refuse to call the name one by one. I asked politely if I can take my drink cause I can see it’s done already. The lady in the picture super rude. Waved me away. First & last time
