Trying out this outlet for the first time and it definitely did not disappoint. The mala soup base is delicious and the ingredients are fresh!

The staff were snacking in front of customers during service time as shown in pictures. Very inappropriate, unprofessional and unhygienic. The lady was at the serving counter and seen eating with bare hands used to serve the foods to the customers. The guy was literally walking around the store while snacking. Poor management.

It was the blandest mala xiang guo I’ve ever had. The noodles were so thin that only they absorbed a little bit of flavor. It was so tasteless that I had to make a lot of sauce and dip everything in it. Maybe because of that, I ended up with a terrible stomachache afterward. It was the worst experience ever.

Not nice. The soup a bit too dilute for me... I didn't take much meat except 2 dumplings n the rest mainly vege. Rm21. Not worth as I didn't take any meat or seafood but they charge by weight. Reason I don't take any of the meat or seafood …

The food was overly salty and not enjoyable. Although a box fee was already charged for take-away, they still imposed an extra fee for disposable utensils, which felt unreasonable. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Not the usual china mala, doesnt have the traditional mala taste and feel, cant choose spicy level. Have a condiment station which you need to ownself add chilli oil or chilli padi which i feels differs the original mala taste. …
