We trust the staff well-pack the mooncake that we brought, so we didn’t double check. When we reached Singapore just realised that the staff was miss out 1 tin of mooncake (2 pcs) !!!!!! Argh

So disappointed with Yong Sheng, your staffs at Sutera Mall were so RUDE! the staff at the main hall and the staff in the shop had a rude attitude. Please train your staff for selling mooncakes.

The staff at Wufu City are very unfriendly. One employee, in particular, who has been there a long time, always has a sour face and speaks rudely to customers, even though I've been a customer many times.
