The most suey branch I ever came. Most of time can't pay with debit/credit card because line problem. Also can't topup TouchNGo because line problem. Always line problem. Narrow shelving sometimes I rather go to other drugstore when this place is too crowded with people.

Bad service. I like their products.... but can you imagine all counters closed, people waiting around confused wondering how to pay... but there are several Watsons staff hanging around not sure what they are doing and pretending not to see. Very hard to not lose one's temper over such terrible, incompetent staff.
