How can Tomei wrongly key in customer on the receipt and the staff refused to change the receipt to the correct name until i mentioned it is against AMLA n i will report to Bank Negara.

Very bad service, went for changing buckle, and welding staff was not around and this issue was not informed until payment done , only told that have to come on next day for welding, or go to mid valley south key for welding
