Atmosphere ok, staff service ok. Food taste ok. The beehoon with the fried chicken, the chicken is very dry. The red bean soup is dilute, miss the point.

I've been patronizing Tian Xi Kopi since they opened and they are very consistent in their food taste and quality. I love their butter toast which is layered with french Elle & Vire butter and homemade kaya. Their Penang fried kway teow has wok Hei and generously topped with cockles! Ho kar sai drink is rich and not to sweet!
