Limited variety, with many inner and outers that didn't match up. No samples for boxed long johns. Staffed by one person only and that's the cashier and doesn't double up as sales assistant. A small shop.

It seems like this is the only North Face store in Johor Bahru. Prices are quite high. I bought a pair of hiking boots and a thin, waterproof jacket, and with a 10% discount, it cost about 400,000 won (as of September 2025). There are a lot of Chinese people here. The store atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are friendly.
