Good bagels. They pack the filling separately when you do a take away. They are next door to a Cinnabon outlet and i think their cinnamon rolls are better. Love the cream cheese, pecan caramel and apple pecan.

I’ve always loved your bagels, but I’m disappointed with the service at Aeon Tebrau. The staff were impatient and mocked customers who wanted to register for membership to get the promotion. Hope you can improve your staff’s attitude and service quality.

Might as well tell me to buy frozen and heat up and spread it myself at home instead buy a fresh one with fillings, not even 10pm, around 9.30pm - 9.40pm take orders then tell us they can’t heat it up cause they’re closing already. Not even cutting the bagel nor put a spread.
