Terrible experience at 2 coffee bean outlets in JB. One at Austin heights and also at Aeon mall. Both outlets told me I have to wait more than 30 minutes for food. The place is not crowded. Why? Staff lazy or there’s no stock for food? Really bad way of running a business. All the staff need to be properly trained.

Bad service — can’t even get extra forks because they “might not have enough later.” And the table was so dirty, not even cleaned! I had to clean it myself!

Very rude staff. Especially the women with bold black spec. Even ask questions regarding menu she laughed. She laughed like we didn't know now how to read menu. Another two staff also same. Such irritated staff. No wonder the rating is low. Even we are at last time the staff very low at working even no customer.

The orders took some time to prepare. We had Cafe Latte, Mix Berry Ice Tea, Jasmine Tea and Chicago cheese cake. The ambiance is nice. A good spot to relax after a heavy day of shopping. Please improve on the speed of service.
