For a chain food store, this wasn't too bad. The chicken rice flavor profile can be a little stronger, but the ayam chili was very good! Wanton mee was standard. We had ours to go.

My deep disappointment regarding my recent visit to it. I had considered one of the better options in the area. However, my experience on this occasion was completely unacceptable. The issues began with the beverage. I ordered a Set Menu with a 7-Up. Upon tasting it, the drink lacked any sweetness or flavor, tasting more like plain carbonated water. While I initially thought it might be a local variation or a syrup shortage in the machine. While I & my son were eating, a server began cleaning the table next to me by spraying a chemical cleaning agent excessively. I became concerned about chemical mist settling on my food and drink. Because of this, I asked the server if I could exchange my 7-Up for a Coke, as the drink already tasted off. Instead of being helpful or asking what wrong, the server muttered to themselves, went to the kitchen, and returned to tell me—very firmly—that the drink was "fine" and could not be replaced because I had already sipped it. I had only consumed about a few sip it. The implication that I was trying to get a free drink was insulting and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I turned to my food, I discovered that the chicken was undercooked with blood still visible inside. Under normal circumstances, I would have asked for it to be recooked, but given the server's hostile attitude, I no longer felt comfortable or safe eating there. I paid the full bill and left immediately. Ironically, the same staff who was so dismissive earlier offered a broad smile only when I was paying. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of hygiene, the undercooked food, and above all, the rude treatment by your staff.

This outlet is packed most of the time due to the location but the service was exceptionally good. One staff, Mohammad in particular was very polite and accomodating to my request even though he was busy. Very efficient and attentive. Unfortunately they ran out of rojak on both occasion.

Great food, great drinks. The chicken is really good. Order their set meals and you won’t be disappointed! Okay atmosphere, service is a bit slow though but overall it was a great experience.
