We were watching Fantastic Four First Steps and 45 minutes in the whole screen went blank. Staff didn't know what to do and gave refunds. Quite a bad experience.

If I can give zero star.. I will. 1st, their Aircon is like winter feel. It's not cooling but chilling. Are they trying to freeze us to death? With the amount we paid, so many toilets have no water supply. Next, the seat is so straight, how is it gonna be comfortable? Lousy cinema
