The time is 9:30pm, and the workers said its closed. Closing time is 9:30pm or 10pm. Please make it clear !!!

Disappointed with my Subway order via GrabFood. The sandwich arrived cold, the ingredients were missing/freshness was lacking, and the packaging was messy. Not the quality I expected. Hope this can be improved in future orders. PLS TAKE NOTE!!!
