Was gonna scam when I usually buy 2 BBQ chicken for only Rm21.20, but when I got there, I was charge for Rm24.40. When I ask the mamak lady say maybe the staff give me their voucher. Luckily the Malay lady staff help me at the end.

Bad experience with their take away. Never heat up the whole sandwich, and its icy cold from fridge. The Bbq sauce its placed at the side of the bread not inside.

This outlet has been the worst Subway (in terms of service) I’ve ever been to. The Sandwich artist, named Justin, didn’t approach me and simply stared at me while asking what I wanted. He also literally grunted and sighed when I asked to change my order from roasted chicken to the new Spicy Sub Pepper. Mind you, when I made the change, he hadn’t even started preparing my sub yet. The most disappointing part is that, instead of putting my subs in the toaster, he only heated them in the microwave. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANTS TO EAT A SOGGY SUBWAY? Isn’t it part of your SOP to toast the bread rather than microwaving it? To make matters worse, we ended up eating our soggy subs just to avoid wasting them. The cashier, Aleeya, stared at me rudely and raised her voice when I said I didn’t want the combo set, saying “No tak boleh.” She didn’t thank me, showed no manners, and had no regard for customer service whatsoever. It’s clear that the outlet manager wasn’t around, because I’m sure I wouldn’t have had to endure this experience if they were there. To the Head of Department, if you even bother to read this, please retrain your staff. It’s incredibly disappointing to go into a fast food outlet hungry, hoping for something quick and easy, only to experience such poor service.
