Things are rather dilapidated and broken down. However, the location is prime. 9/10 just for that. Oh yes be prepared for midnight music from the 24x7 cafe below.

Good place to stay, I like the decorations, comfortable. Location is Good, shopping center is nearby. Convenient to shop and dine.

While the place is clean and location is just above Hai di Lao, would say the condition of the place is not well kept. Lift access card is hard to use as the lift naught just lock and the card cannot be used. The toilet has a funky smell. …
