Staff named Farah at Starbucks AEON Bukit Indah was extremely rude and unfriendly — not even a smile. I don’t expect affection, but at least show basic manners and respect. Truly disappointing for a brand like Starbucks.

Room to improve especially the services , need to approach them in order to request a order even no customer in the morning . Little more smiles, little more approaching or saying a “hi” to customer will lighten the day then a dizzy service …

Staff did not ask for name and when the drinks were ready, they just left them on the counter until i showed up and ask. Staffs were chatting and fooling around and dropped huge stack of paper cups, not sure if they disposed them or not. Unlikely to return to this outlet.
