Don’t understand what are u saving by refusing to cut the chicken. Save buying scissors? Served very hot. Don’t cut. Expecting us to hold on to the very hot chicken and bite. Wouldn’t even bother to buy if I knew it wasn’t gonna be cut

Shilin chicken cutlet is a must-visit stall for me whenever I'm at KSL! The price point is super attractive, especially compared to similar stalls in Singapore where prices are steep. The chicken cutlet is a great find, and the staff is super friendly! One suggestion I have is to cut the chicken cutlet into smaller pieces - would make it even easier to enjoy. Overall, I'll definitely be back for more!

I've been sitting here eating and observing the team during my meal. The team leader is exceptionally nice. He is cheerful, friendly, multilingual and able to offer recommendations to confusing customers. If the boss see this review, you should give him a raise! Kuddos to the hard working team leader.

Of my 2 pieces of chicken, 1 came with a huge bone inside that can only be known once I ate it. Terrible. If I wanted KFC I would have not come to shilin. Cooking speed was also kinda slow.

Very tasty! It was juicy and flavourful. Better than sg version. Only downside is they don't cut into small pieces for you.
