Poor service staff attitude. It is as though we owe them a living patronising the store. No smile, no acknowledgement of request, no thank you. Food is good to Swensen's standard. Will not consider coming back if such service attitude persist.

This mushroom soup bowl can you remove it from the menu?! Horrible sour soup that taste like the cheapest canned soup on the market. Bread is the kind they use for roti john. Terrible baking soda bread!!!! I thought season’s is bakery as well?! The French fry i admit was pretty good and thick cut.

Ask politely to the staff a straw for my lime sparking beverage and rejected due to I'm not ordering milk shake kinds of beverage. How ridiculous for customer to drink for it? The glass take roughly 2 to 3 kg and how possible people to pick it up?
