We went for a gelish soak off and removal, but left the place with our nails soft, brittle and experiencing soreness under our nails. Although they took their time to remove our previous gel nails but the end product was less than satisfactory. Our nails are uneven and have chipped off just after 1 day of the removal.

Incredible service by the owner and staffs. Very friendly, professional and they are very accommodating to customer needs. Went there with with my 3 year old child who was in the stroller, we were using a hand fan for her because it was warm, the staff even offered to put a stand fan. So so impressed.
