Well, I am sort of disappointed with their customer service. yes, it's true that the product I recently bought is not the flagship product of Samsung, and it could probably be a defective product from the factory itself( it's not the fault from the sales end ). but then, when we reflect this issue with the sales rep, the response we got is:- it's because we have opt to buy a "low end product", and "if I have mentioned my requirement earlier, they would have recommend a higher end option" . The response we got from the sales rep is very defensive. Telling an aged customer that, charging slow is because "it's how this phone spec is" and some nonsense reasons, excuse, eg " location function is on, that's why is charging slow" . Instead, a better way of responding to a probably defective product, could hv been , first, acknowledge customer's concern, offer to help, if u could not help, explain nicely instead pushing the responsibility to "customer's fault of choosing a low end product", explain that you are the sales end, you don't know about troubleshooting defects, offer the address of Samsung service center, or offer to help to send to Samsung service center. simple. I give two stars in appreciate their help in transferring data from one phone to another. but then, overall, this is not a pleasant shopping experience with this particular outlet.
