Customer service good, just too many excuse for delivery (HQ side). Promise 7 working days to delivered, but been delay due to short manpower. Prism just enter Malaysia market but service not as good as other brand. …

Just buy a monitor from prism+ and their promotion led me to buy a new W240 and staff name anisah is very kind and knowledgeable, i would love to buy this place again
