The staff is very indifferent. My items need a big box, they said they can 'custom' the box, but they ran out of tape. They told me to buy my own tape. Do I?? As a customer, do I need to buy my own tape for him?? Even though he was just happily playing on his phone at the counter. Very indifferent. Worst service!!

Why does poslaju treat people like this? I haven't received the item I bought at the shop yet but they already remarked my parcel as parcel has been delivered. This is too much. Very rude!!

Waited for long then they said they wont even bubble wrap my box even when i said ill pay for it. The malay girl at the counter and the malay guy working at the back was both rude and weren't communicating with me well. Very rude workers and very bad service. DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGE THROUGH THIS BRANCH.
