The cashier (senior chinese lady) spoke very rudely to customers. Really disappointing service. Please train your staff to be more respectful.

One of the biggest popular bookstore. As a book lover, I love to hangout at this place. Not only it has variety of books, it also offers all varieties of stationaries and art tools that are not easily found in other stationary stores. You can also find toys and games.

Harris is huge. Besides selling books and stationery, it also sells toys, snacks and even nostalgic items like DVDs, CDs and Vinyl records! Family with kids and grandparents can spend hours here.

Let’s your customers to queue and wait for payment is not how a top book store in Malaysia should do. I hope your management should look into this issue and learn from other best customer service retailers!

Popular in Melayu is Harris i guess. Big bookstore that my children like to visit to pick up their school stationary supplies. Best part is cheaper to apply membership in Malaysia that can also be used in Singapore.
