Very dissapointed with irresponsible staff. I called the shop an hour before going over to confirm whether hamsters are available at the moment, staff told me yes. Yet was shocked not even one here when we arrived. Not even an apologies nor explaination.

Not very easy to find this place as Toppen is very big and directions are unclear. Small pet lover’s shop but they sell some of the usual dog treats.

We went there and there was this rabbit open area for kids to pet the rabbits. Fees are 5 RM per kid and they get to feed the rabbits. Quite a surprise and pleasant experience for us.

What I really appreciate about the staff is how they give us space which makes me feel comfortable browsing and picking out toys my cat would love. I also love the variety of pet food to select

Plenty of brands of pet products for cats, dogs, and other small animals. Vet clinic is also available here along with pet boarding service, adoption (only for cats for now) and grooming services.
