Best experience ever. Once ask help from the blue uniform staff to assist for my cat's food with good quality and did good job. Staffs (blue and red uniform) all good and very friendly. Assist very well. Come here to grab things for my cats and guinea pigs. Good quality product.

Around 7.50pm-8pm, the service was very disappointing. There was a female staff with short hair standing at the side like a security, not helping at the counter at all. All the work was handled by the Indian male staff — managing Grab orders and serving walk-in customers by himself. The female staff did not assist at all, so I don’t understand what her role was. Management should monitor staff performance better and ensure teamwork, instead of letting one staff handle everything. Waiting for long ? (I put the 5star cause for the boy only)
