Made a raya shopping today. Totally disappointed with cashier counter 2 service GF. Waiting line for payment more than 30mins even 2 payment cashier was there. (1) Inefficient payment system, customer need to point their shopping items & cashier have to search themselves, sometimes mistakenly took other people item. For shoes, cashier have to open the box, take out shoes out from dust bag, confirm with customer “is this your item?”, put it all in box again. Imagine how many minutes lost. Don’t even count if cashier couldn’t find your item on 1st try. (2) Payment machine stuck & keep rebooting. I don’t even know what to say, management should have check the machine especially they know it is peak shopping season currently. (3) Coming from point 2, temporary solution should’ve been made by standing supervisor/ floor manager instead of waiting & voice note for IT to figure out the problem which is again taking time. Customer already wait 30mins in line. If line no.1 was stuck & line no.2 running smoothly, run both line alternately or provide us alternative way to pay. I walked out from Parkson at 7.10pm for 1 shopping item. I advise management to improve their payment system & procedure, also train staff to handle payment crisis.

Overall shopping experience is good, however the department has a very strong mouldy smell especially level 1. Please look into this matter as it's affecting customer to shop. It's healthy issue, pity those staff who worked there

Parkson Paradigm JB. hear me out! This lady deserve a bonus! we went shopping for shoes and was disappointed because no one was there to assist us. But then Ms Venneytha came along and assisted us with all her energy and sass. really made our day! our mood went from zero to over the roof! Happy Deepavali to Ms Venneytha.
