Today 25/1/2025 I so disappointed with one Malay girl cashier,, she very rude when I want make payment,, no attitude and talking not good to customer,,,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the extremely rude and disrespectful behavior shown by one of the staff members at Padini AEON Bukit Indah. The staff in question is chubby malay women and wears glasses. This incident involved unacceptable treatment towards my mother, which was very upsetting and unprofessional. As loyal customers, we are deeply disappointed by the attitude displayed, which does not reflect the level of customer service expected from a reputable brand like Padini. We sincerely hope that the management of Padini AEON Bukit Indah will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Thank you.
