The store is good with many choice and the price also good. However the store lady are so rude. Scold me and my wife while push us to buy 4 bra. Its our choice to buy how many we want. Product quality is great, price is competitive. But the Malay lady sales staff is absolutely rude and arrogant. Calling me “weird” and impatient. And there’s a male sitting in front of the counter and eating? It seems a bit inappropriate to see male staff in a female lingerie store

Worst service. Arrogant sales lady (the Malay aunty). Luckily for her, my mood was good today. If not, the way she talked to me, she'd definitely get hit back. Is she okay? It's not that bad of a person. If not, I won't serve you. Complain about this and that.

Malay saleswoman on Tuesday afternoon was the Worst Lingerie sales lady I have got the misfortune to interact. Typical ‘ it’s all there’ comments. Did not bother to offer recommendations & pick suitable items which is relevant for this job. Management pls send her for many days of training.

Please improve your service, your staff just sit and video call. When cust ask keep on metnion see the tag see the tag. If want to work and just sit better dont work in retail . Work at office so u can sit all day long no need to assist customer.
