The business service was decent. However, after-sales customer service needs improvement. The machine lacks quality assurance. Priced at 29,000, it's not a 2,000 chair, yet it doesn't offer the service quality expected of a 29,000 chair. This is in contrast to the machine's quality.

Bought Ulove 3 massage chair and it is defective on the second day of purchase. It keeps having problems for months after multiple times of repair. Poor quality with slow customer service! Disappointed with the quality of the product and I demand a response from OSIM to resolve the issues.
