Staff seem like doesn’t know what they are doing. Kept saying going to check w other outlet sadly still cannot manage to solve the issue. Instead of offer me exchange with another item they simply asked me to take the plain toilet rack which is very obvious they doesn’t care about their customers.

This is the worst MR DIY ever! I bought something that says RM5.30 but when I pay at the counter, the cashier scan the item it RM5.90.

Nice big outlet. Bright and clean. Has pretty much everything you need... cheap and cheerful household products. My only criticism is the lack of staff. There was a very long queue at the checkout, but only 1 counter open. No other staff to be seen anywhere. Can be improved.
