MOG at Paradigm mall is a great place to shop. All the staff are friendly and service oriented. We are serve by Yayah and she is a very friendly, helpful and wonderful staff who treat the customer with care and knowleadge.

I was assisted by Meko, who was very patient & kind, helped to test my eyesight and provide advice on the prescription that suits me best. She also explained the pros & cons of each contact lens brand, and did not push me towards the most expensive choice. Really appreciate her honest & friendly attitude!

MOG Optical Shop at Paradigm has such incredible service standards to help a distressed customer as me, really Wows me! I made a mistake of bringing a wrong and under-powered prescription in early July to get my 1 year supply of Asti Baush & Lomb contact lens done at MOG. What caught my eye was Nadia's namecard. She has an Honors Bachelor degree in Optometry from Management and Science University from Malaysia. What an intelligent and impressive lady, passionate in her field of work. As I was utterly busy during my peak work period in Jul-Aug, a Singaporean doctor friend of mine helped me collect it on his next visit to Paradigm Mall with my e-receipt, which I communicate to Nadia, the Optician, that he would come and collect it on my behalf. Given that I was in such a rush back to Singapore that day I ordered my lens, I didn't have time to do an eye check at all, Nadia is so thoughtful and impeccable in her service she put two extra trial pairs for me to wear first, in case it doesn't suit me I can send a shoutout to her. True enough, the trial contact lens I tried on doesn't suit at all and it was in fact making my vision very uncomfortable on a few short tries over a few weeks, I had no choice but to remove it and switched to my spectacles. The 4 boxes I bought was apparently unopened. I finally got to emailing MOG on my distressing situation and they immediately responded to my plea for help with heaps of empathy, and invited me to return for an eye check and exchanged for new boxes of the rightly suited contact lens. Understanding Nadia is going on a coming week's leave, I cleared a half day off to get my proper eye check done on a Thursday (before she went on leave the next day), also bringing with me a new spectacles prescription done in Singapore near my home. I am very comfortable with the prescription. When I arrived at Paradigm Mall, my newly prescribed spectacles in Singapore suddenly went missing, when I stepped out of my Grab car! It was hanging on my collar and only realized it was gone when I reached MOG, shortly. I told Nadia what happened and she dropped everything and prioritized calling and texting the Grab driver in Malay with her personal mobile phone to try to get hold of the Encik. I was really touched by her utmost concern on my distress. While waiting for the driver to hopefully respond (and still waiting for Grab Centre to reach the driver.. *sign*), Nadia did my thorough eye check and compared with the latest specs prescription that I am comfortable with, that I brought along. When Nadia has completed diagnosing my power till I am most comfortable, I was so very bowled over when Nadia led me out to the outside of the optical shop to test and walk a few metres, to ensure I am comfortable seeing letters and signages, both near and far. Gosh!!! Nadia is soooooo professional and thorough!!! I have never met an Optician with such outstanding service before, having worn spectacles since I am 10 year old! I was so impressed by her service I went on to select 1 more latest and trendy Titanium spectacles (RM238) that complements my facial frame, skin color and profession. I needed one with blue ray coating that can block the exposure from my intense research eyework on the laptop, when I need to switch to wearing contact lens on some days. Nadia even finished doing my lens prescription in less than 30 mins, while I walked around the Mall with my Dad without my specs. What a day! I will be happy to travel back to Paradigm Mall to meet with Nadia again next Thursday after her well-deserved break. I am very honored to meet with Nadia. MOG deserves a 5-star rating in service!
