I came at around 9pm on a Sunday (18 Jan 2026), and a Chinese lady with short black hair (without glasses) assisted me - I think her name was Shi Hui?? Please let me know her name. I was disappointed when I came to pick up my lens. I only asked about the price because it was higher than the market price, but the staff gave me a free trial that I never requested and then accused me of asking for it. Her attitude was rude, and I hope the shop can treat customers with more respect.
