I came to this shop looking for a reasonable spectacle. The price was cheap, but the experience was not the best. The staff was polite but a bit pushy in recommending upgrades even after I declined. What made me uncomfortable was being asked for my age in a loud tone, which I felt could have been handled more discreetly and there is no need to ask customer for age and what is the reason for anyway you are buying. When I collected my spectacles a week later, I mentioned the handle felt slightly loose, but was told it’s “normal for new spectacles.” Overall, the product is fine for the price, but service and customer experience could be improved. Felt lucky as I never spend a damage for this shop after the collection the staff show the true colour.
