I called on 5th March 2026 around 2.30PM. Both times, it was the same representative who just hung up on me mid-call without saying anything. The second time, she put me on hold for 8 minutes first before hanging up. Terrible customer service.

Worst service of in front the customer counter- that guy seem racist and service very slow, ignore at me and give the counter number to the Malay girl who is standing behind at me. But, I would like to compliment to another customer counter - the Malay sweet girl who is very helpful and awesome, give her 5 stars.
