bad customer service. i asked to change my hotlink to esim and they js answered me “sorry idk how to change bc u no ic” then when i ask why my app is not working well he was jus like “i dont know you must ask the center”

Bought a prepaid sim card and it couldn't work. Staff said there is nothing they can do and not willing to change one. I have to travel all the way to their main shop to exchange. Customer spend RM50+ for something that you sold faulty and we had to get it replace ourself? You can expect this kind of customer experience here.
