Very bad experience. Earpiece 1 side didn't work, spent money for cab to return for exchange. Tested and worked but when back home, realise although fully charged it kept beeping that battery is low. Very upset. Hope to go back within 2 months for exchange. Shall see if they are helpful and will review again.
