Poor service. After LG technician installed the water purifier, my kitchen water pressure became extremely weak. No explanation, no risk briefing, and when we reported the issue, we were told it was “our piping problem” and to find our own plumber. Problem only happened after their installation. Very irresponsible and disappointing.
