This store caters specifically to Singaporean customers; if you're planning to buy from them, I suggest going to the Johor Outlet instead, where it's cheaper.

Kitty and I decided to treat ourselves to some new jeans for the New Year. We actually started our shopping adventure at the Levi's outlet at Toppen Shopping Centre, but unfortunately, it had closed down and been taken over by another store. So, we decided to head over to Levi's® AEON Tebrau City, which is located in the AEON Mall Tebrau City shopping center in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. It's on the ground floor, specifically at G61. As soon as we walked in, we saw a big sign advertising a fantastic promotion. We were super excited about the RM168 discount for spending RM788, and Red Tab members could even get an extra RM28 off. We each decided to take advantage of the offer and get one pair of jeans for ourselves. We were so impressed with how patient and helpful the staff was. There was this amazing staff member named Ika who helped us find the perfect jeans. We were trying on several different styles and sizes, and she patiently changed them out for both Kitty and me until we found exactly what we wanted. I would like to commend her for her patience and helpfulness. We ended up paying around RM630 for both pairs of jeans after the discount, which is a great deal. We compared the prices to Singapore, and we found out that the same jeans would have cost us around S$199 there. It's amazing how much cheaper it was in Malaysia. I got Levi's 511 jeans while Kitty got herself a 501 designer jeans and I have to say, they are so comfy. I love the way they fit, and they make us feel like a super slim. We had a fantastic experience at Levi's® AEON Tebrau City. We got great deals on some amazing jeans, and we were treated like VIPs by Ika. It was the perfect shopping experience for us. Thank you

The only Indian male staff gave a very good service at levis aeon tebrau . However , one female staff there to me is rude , doesnt give us paper bag , somehow the male indian staff politely gave us plastic levis bag .

Salesperson are generally helpful and friendly. However, cashier at that time was very uninformed about the current promotions and denied about it. Turns out there was in fact a 15% rebate for first purchase that was advertised in the fitting rooms.
