Visited on 12/12/25. Service today was disappointing. None of the staff greeted me or asked for my order. They only pointed at the cashier screen and processed payment without a word. Another staff handed the drink without even a simple “thank you”. It honestly felt unfriendly, and not what I expected from Kopi Rakyat. I hope the in-charge or supervisor can look into improving customer service and basic courtesy.
