Everything we ordered was delicious. The chawanmushi was silky and comforting, the gyoza were perfectly crisp with a juicy filling, and the gyuniku saikoro steak was tender and full of rich flavor. The tempura udon tied it all together with a light, crispy batter and a deeply satisfying broth.
